Will this be available in an APP too?
Yes! This is available both on apple and android playstore
Is my data secure?
Yes, The Mashore Method is built to make sure your funnels, contacts, and subscribers are secure. That is our top priority.
Does the calendar forward to your google calendar as well?
Yes, two-way syncing. You can definitely sync this directly with your Google/Outlook Calendar. So if you have an appointment that populates on the mashore method, that appointment is also going to show up in your Google/Outlook Calendar, and vice versa.
Just clarifying. Can we keep our current website and just forward leads to this CRM?
Yes, you can. I would recommend transitioning over though. Absolutely. I would recommend transitioning over everything can be housed in this. Everything can be utilize here.
How does the calendar work with Outlook? Can I sync?
Yes, just like the Google Calendar, you can sync your Outlook Calendar (two-way sync)
Can you use this with 2 people so you know who is speaking to each client? I am a husband wife team.
We can add as many team members as we want to each individual account.
If I have a question, is there someone I can talk to?
Yes, you have multiple options: Weekly Office Hours, email [email protected], or by clicking the question mark icon and clicking the chat support at the bottom right. Also you can book a 1:1 Support Call with us with payment options.
What happens if I cancel my account, can I still access my data?
As a Software-as-a-service platform, your data will become inaccessible. However, before you cancel, you can export your contacts with their information, and rest assured that will keep the marketing pause and backed up and waiting til you come back again later!
Do I have to install anything?
No! We created The Mashore Method so you don't need a whole IT Department to run your marketing. You just have to log in, in and build your own campaigns.
Why do I need Onboarding?
To ensure that you can utilize the software, we will give you a free 1:1 Onboarding Call to help you with the functionalities to focus on and start using the software for your marketing.
What other FEEs can I expect?
The only other charges you have to worry about other than our monthly subscription are the SMS, calls, and emails which you will receive every month. These are the charges coming from Twilio and Mailgun Services.
Can I integrate my favorite application to the mashore method?
Yes, while we suggest that most people only use this app for marketing, we also know you have your favorite tools you’ve used in the past, thus, we integrate with most top-service providers.
Who owns the data/content/subscribers?
You! Any content (including users) is 100% owned by you. Mashore Method doesn't have permission to use your data for any reason.
How do I cancel my Mashore Method account?
Do I have to pay for updates in the app?
No! There are constant updates in the software and you’ll get it for FREE! Since this software is hosted on google cloud, any new feature will automatically show up in your account.
